Yes. I've rebuilt an entire platform replacing a legacy PHP system, including migrating all user and record data over to the new structure.
Where does the system get hosted?
I typically use AWS (Lambda, S3, managed databases), but the choice depends on expected volume and budget. We define that together before starting.
Can I request changes after the system is done?
Yes, that's the point of a custom web system: the code is yours and the architecture is documented so new features can be added without rewriting everything.
